For our inaugural office plant of the week, Botanica has chosen the distinctive Strelitzia. With its large, broad leaves the plant itself makes a huge impact in an office space. The plant itself is native to southern Africa but can thrive in offices and houses around the world providing there is enough light for their large leaves. This makes large reception areas a perfect place for this fantastic plant.

The Strelitzia is also famous for its flowers, the aptly named "Birds of Paradise" because of their striking orange and purple colours; and avian looking appearance. They make stunning additions to flower displays and are used all around the world.
